It is GL Chemical’s pledge to continually improve the quality of our services and products while protecting people and environment.

The business areas and business units are responsible for implementing the relevant regulations. Implementation is checked, for example, through regular audits at site and regional level. The Corporate Center conducts additional cross-unit audits to check compliance with Group regulations. Building on the findings of internal and external monitoring processes, site inspections, reviews and incident analysis, talks are held on the scope for improvement, and implementation of the agreed measures is monitored.

  • To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;

  • To provide adequate information, training and supervision for employees to ensure human and environmental safety
  • Planning for any emergency or crisis situation and business disruption;
  • To mobilize and encourage individuals to be responsible for identifying and eliminating hazards, preventing injury to themselves and others, and maintaining environmental conditions;
  • To minimize waste generation, air emissions and other discharges to the environment
  • To maintain safe and healthy and hygienic working conditions
